岗位职责：

1.This position will take Production Manager for one Business/Production Unit running together with senior production manager in JG.

2.Responsible for Total Cost (incl.  productivity, efficiencies, material consumption etc.) Quality and On-time delivery.

3.The job requires hands on management and leadership of workers and supervisors and plenty of continuous improvement.

4.He/she needs to ensure high production efficiency through workshop management with systematical way like lean, good people management, layout optimization with cycle time balance and reduction, semi automation and new machine and tools introduction.

5.Continuous quality improvement in process and products to the end user is key part of this position. Set up right quality mindset among the whole organization, and make it part of the culture.

6.Close cooperation with supply chain, make ensure capacity are in line with forecast, and no capacity wastage because the reason like wrong middle and short term plan, bad communication, short of material, production line stop because of quality alarm.

7.People and environment management to implement real 5S in workshop, ensure clean, smooth, and healthy working environment for our employees, and ensure all related law/ internal and external rules are 100% implemented.

8.Material cost control and saving not only in production part, but also in spare parts using. Through right encouragement system setup, advance and value for money machine and tools introduction, good workshop management and product and material design change together with PD and sourcing department.

9.All the machine and tools innovation and maintenance is also under this position, clear daily maintenance plan and yearly machine investment plan should be designed, implemented and controlled.

10.This position need have good communication with all related departments like HR, finance… and have the ability to find the conclusion by the team work.  And it is also his/her responsibility to have the smooth communication with people from customers and suppliers.

任职条件：

1.Bachelor' degree or above in science or engineering major.

2.5 years production manager position or related in manufacturing entity, it is better with production, cost control, quality, logistics practicing background.

3.Open mind, fast learner and good implementation.

4.Fluent English speaking and writing.
